We take great pride in believing that craft beer is an attitude and that flavor favors the bold. That bold attitude is what led us to imagine the Hopffalo as the perfect symbol for our mutual pride of place and love of craft beer. Inspired by this chimerical creature, we liken each style to a vast frontier of flavor begging to be roamed. Suffice it to say, we're good and proud to call the Great Plains home. ‘Iowa Barn’ Red
A medium bodied red wine that is lighter in tannins, with flavors of red berries making this wine well suited for just enjoying with friends. Try it with a hearty sandwich or burgers.

‘Iowa Barn’ White
A crisp white wine blend, ideally suited to compliment light fish dishes or the salad course. It is nicely balanced so that it is also excellent just to sip with your friends.

Chardonel
A newer variety well suited to areas of the Midwest. Chardonel is the result of a cross of Chardonnay x Seyval blanc. A medium to full bodied wine with ample fruit and crispness to pair well with chicken or other white meats and pasta’s with cream sauce.

Gewurtztraminer
Late Harvest Style Rose petal, fruit and floral sensations abound. Sweet, but not overly so. Try this with a spicy chocolate cake, fruit torte or just by itself.

Harmony
A barrel aged blend of Carignane, Cabernet Franc & Chambourcin. Displaying flavors of red fruits, complex aromas and moderate tannins, this wine is well suited to be your everyday dinner wine. Try a glass. Excellent with pork, steak or other meats off the grill

Joan’s Cuvee’
classic Bordeaux style blend. Made from the famous cabernet and merlot grapes, vinified in small batches m and aged in oak barrels. Our Joan’s cuvee’ is a wine that is full bodied, rich with tannins & fruit sensations. Best served with roasted beef or lamb dishes. Although excellent now, the wine will continue to improve with aging. We recommend the wine be opened several hours prior to enjoying.

Malbec
A very popular wine made from a variety gaining recognition. Lush and full bodied with velvety tannins. Great with steak or chocolate. Made from grapes grown using organic farming practices.

Moonlight White
A fresh, fruity, wonderful wine finished with just a “kiss” of sweetness. A blend of Vidal, Vignoles & Riesling, the wine exhibits a perfect balance between fruit sensations, acid and sweetness. The wine is a wonderful accompaniment to shellfish & fruit plates and is great when you just want to enjoy a glass of Iowa wine.

River City Port
Made from a blend of red wine grapes, fortified during fermentation by grape spirits, this wine is rich on the palate, full of red & black fruit sensations. Outstanding with chocolate & cherries or as an after dinner drink. Highly recommended.

Vignoles
Late Harvest Style Distinctly sweet, yet balanced. A lush, rich wine with exotic fruit sensations. Share this wine with someone special.
