Small like the Island it's on, MIBC produces 140 litre batches of bottle-conditioned, European inspired Craft Ales. Brewer Michael Garratt ventures to produce traditional ales-some infused with locally foraged ingredients. The small on-site store/tasting room is defiantly worth a visit-or try a bottle at some of Vancouver or Whistlers best restaurants. Established winter of 2016. No growler fills however you can purchase packaged product. On-site store hours: 1-5 Fridays and Saturdays, and always by appointment.
