  Badger Blush
American Semi-Dry Red Wine. Fun in a semi-dry bottle best describes this lightly sweet blush wine. Our tribute to the Badger State goes anywhere in every season ... picnic, zoo, tailgate party, ski chalet, rainy Sunday afternoon on the porch. White Zinfandel drinkers will be pleasantly overwhelmed. Buy it for its name, drink it for its wonderful flavor.
  Big Stuff Red
Wisconsin Semi-Dry Red Wine. Estate-grown and semi-dry, this chillable red wine is a fruit-filled explosion of flavor, offering the health benefits of a dry red in a semi-dry package. Big Stuff Red is named for the vintner's son, Mills, who arrived 8 weeks premature weighing just 4lbs. He quickly acquired the nickname Big Stuff -- because he was anything but. (Today he is a delightful, healthy child). Serve this International Double Gold Medal winner with grilled meats and vegetables, finger food or mild, red-sauce pasta.
  Cupola Gold
American Semi-Dry White Wine. Soft and delicate, this semi-dry white is fresh and fruit-filled with a smooth finish. Made from the Seyval Blanc grape, it is fermented semi-dry to capture the substantial fruit character and capitalize on its natural sweetness. This multiple international medal winner is a fabulous aperitif (think fruit and cheese) or dessert selection. It is also a lovely sipping wine for those who prefer a soft, semi-dry white.
  Field III
Our finest, estate-grown dry red, Field III is beautifully balanced, supple and spicy. Exhibits rich fruit character from enticing nose to long, smooth finish. Full-bodied with strong fruit essence, the keen palate will identify raisin, plum and black cherry in a spicy flavor banter. Others will identify it as just plain wonderful. Made in very limited quantity from Millot (not to be confused with Merlot) grapes harvested in 2003 from field number III in our vineyard, this wine is ready for drinking now and should, when properly stored, stand up well for several more years. Serve Field III with tender red meat, juicy pork loin or grilled tuna. It is a lovely compliment to hard cheeses and most mushroom-inspired dishes. It is simply delightful with chocolate, chocolate, chocolate.
  Finis
American Sweet White Wine. A sweet and fruity dessert wine, Finis is the perfect ending to any good meal. A cuvee' of the Vidal Blanc and Seyval Blanc grapes, it is a lovely, light treat for the nose and palate. Oh the possibilities ... chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. Serve with dessert or simply, as dessert.
  Go Racing Red
American Semi-Dry Red Wine Crisp and Refreshing, complex and sophisticated, this semi-dry red is charged with bold fruit character, yet its finish is long, smooth and slightly tart. Complements most any sandwich, grill selection, picnic or finger food.
  Riesling
American Semi-Dry White Wine. This semi-dry, white is lightly sweet and exhibits outstanding varietal character, nose to palate. Wonderful fruit essences and a soft, lingering finish make this wine truly unforgettable. Popular with retail customers and restaurants alike, this wine has been an instant success. Serve with ham, pork, turkey or as an aperitif or dessert selection. Lovely for simply sipping. Multiple international medals.
  Seyval Blanc
This supple, dry, oak-aged white is a wonderful alternative to Chardonnay when serving fish, fowl or white-sauce pasta. It exhibits lovely fruit character, low acid and a soft, nutty finish. A winner of multiple international gold medals, it is made from 100% Seyval Blanc. Delightful with salmon and garlic mashed potatoes, chicken or vegetable Alfredo, or tuna on the grill. For an interesting contrast in palates, try it with chocolate.
  Uplands Reserve
Wisconsin Dry Red Wine. An estate grown, dry and oak-aged red, Uplands Reserve is earthy, spicy and full of rich fruit character. This light-bodied wine is delightfully soft and drinks well young but ages to a lovely, round fullness when properly cellared. Uplands Reserve is a wonderful food wine, complementing light meats and red-sauce pasta, anything with mushrooms and hard, nutty cheeses. We also love it with chocolate.
  Vidal Blanc
American Semi-Dry White Wine. This robust, semi-dry varietal is made of 100% Vidal Blanc and exhibits strong apple and pear overtones. It is truly one big mouthful of lovely fruit. An International Double-Gold medal winner, Vidal seems to satisfy the palates of those who prefer both dry and semi-dry selections. It is a wonderful pairing with spicy Asian or Indian food, pork, turkey or fruit and cheese. Voted Wisconsin's Finest White Wine by the Taster's Guild International.
