  Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is an example of the great reds grown in the Paso Robles appellation. This wine is made from grapes grown on a hillside vineyard in Paso Robles. It is a full-boded wine with intense flavors of ripe cherry and spiced oak
  Chardonnay
The 2002 Chardonnay spent 9 months sur lies in French oak barrels. This wine exhibits lush tropical flavors and a subtle aroma of vanilla making it a very food friendly wine.
  Rose
The 2004 Rose is made primarily from Syrah grapes, a lively, fruit forward wine with crisp acidity. Perfect to sip on a summer day.
  Roussane
The 2004 Roussanne is a rich, full bodied wine with ripe pear and mineral flavors. Enjoy with cheese and dried fruit.
  Synergy
The 2001 Synergy is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel. This is a bright wine with multiple layers of flavors and just a hint of oak.
  Syrah
Our 2001 Syrah is made form grapes grown in Indian Valley. This wine has an aroma of violets and a full, rich flavor. The addition of Viognier and Grenache further enhance this classic Rhone varietal.
  Viognier
The 2004 Viognier has aromas of ripe melon followed by flavors of peaches and honey. A perfect complement to spicy foods such as Thai food and curry dishes
  Zinfandel Port
Our Port exhibits ripe, dark berry flavors followed by a hint of pepper. Enjoy it with a slice of chocolate decadence cake for dessert.
  Zinfandel, Dante Dusi Vineyard
Zinfandel has been described as California’s Heritage grape and Paso Robles has been described as a Zinfandel Lovers Paradise. Our 2000 Zinfandel, from the 60 year old vines of the Dante Dusi Vineyard, is a classic dry farmed Zin. Jammy berry and black pepper flavors are complemented by subtle oak tannins.
