Chardonnay
The upfront varietal flavor combines with the oak barrel aging for a balanced wine. The crisp tartness provides a light clean finish for the wine which is best served chilled. This wine pairs very well with seafood and light cheeses.

Grenache Rose'
This Rose' was made in the French Terol style of winemaking. Soft fruity flavors balance the slightly sweet finish. Chilled, it is the perfect wine for hot weather and parties .

Merlot
This wine has ripe fruit and berry aromas, a soft, yet full body with a very smooth finish. A very popular wine with meats, grilled vegetables, and creamy flavored cheeses, like Brie, Bleu and Cheddar. BRONZE MEDAL - 2005 CCW Competition

Petite Sirah

Tinta Madeira Port
The sweet caramelized aromas are accentuated by the full flavors of this true Poruguese grape. After a lengthy aging in small oak barrels, it's richness in the flavor will linger in your mouth forever. This wine should be sipped and enjoyed with a liberal amount of chocolate. Zinfandel
As you can tell by the label this is no ordinary wine. VIXZIN is our Zinfandel Reserve. Although currently not available we will begin taking advanced orders for this unique and collectable vintage in the near future.
