  Blanca’s Muscat Love
An aromatic dry wine made from Muscat Canelli grapes. It has a rich floral nose and taste of peaches. Blanca is our smaller dog. 2005 was her first harvest. She fell in love with these aromatic grapes, eating as many as she could when they fell to the floor during the crush. These Texas grapes came from a vineyard in San Saba County.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
A dry red table wine with a rich color and berry flavors. The majority of the grapes were from the Rising Star vineyard southeast of Abilene and include a small percentage of Texas Hill Country grapes. The wine was aged for two years before bottling.
  Chardonnay
This is a medium-bodied white wine with a mellow, rich taste and a golden color. The wine was partially aged in American and French oak barrels, so there is a slight taste of oak in the finish. The grapes for this wine were harvested at the Mesa Vineyards near Fort Stockton. Rated by Chile Pepper magazine as “very good” (score of 86 on 100-point scale).
  Chenin Blanc
Prepared from North Texas grapes, this dry Chenin Blanc is a pale yellow and has pineapple and guava fruit flavors.
  Merlot
The 2006 Merlot was harvested from TX Hill Country grapes. It is a rich full-bodied red wine that should age well.
  Rose of Chenin
Three wines were combined to produce this delightful orange-pink Texas Blush. This light, dry wine is excellent with pork and ham dishes.
