Our vision at 7 Troughs is to produce our brands from locally made products. Three primary spirit products will be offered: Aged Rum, Signature Whiskey, and Vodka. Each spirit will be created from only the highest quality materials. Our corn and barley will come from Yerington and Lovelock, Nevada. Our raw whiskey will mature with oak barrel aging. Our raw vodka will return to the stills for refinement. After a complex filtration process, the vodka will result in an ultra pure and versatile spirit with the pleasant softness that only pot-stilled vodkas possess. The rum will spend only a short time in used cooperage. Aged long enough to just round out and smooth the edges while preserving the character and fruity flavors unique to pot still spirits.
