My name is Gideon Beinstock. I have been involved in just about every possible aspect of the wine industry over the past 25 years: consumer, buyer, seller, educator, writer, and - for 10 years now - maker. Saron, my wife and inspiration, has many years of experience in viticulture, and a magic touch with all living things: dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, bees, even little human kids. We have decided to dive into this dubious financial adventure out of many other-than-commercial reasons: love of wine (especially Pinot Noir), love of outdoors work (especially viticulture), the artistic challenge (we both had artistic aspirations and education), and our wish to do something productive in our lives. Wine is for us an integral part of our lives, a source of enjoyment, and an endlessly expanding horizon to explore. We hope our wines will enhance your life in similar ways.

Carte Blanche
The second version of our white blend, this time with nearly equal proportions of Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay.

Cuvée Mystérieuse -- NV
Our first Special Cuvee experiment: we found that the Syrah and Merlot grapes work wonderfully well together, making a wild, intense, tannic hulk of a wine. The Cabernet adds some elegance to the mix and tames it with its refined berry/herbal touches, and the Viognier brings it to life with its fresh acidity and enchanting flowery/spicy aromas.

Pinot Too
Made from the fruit of younger vines on our property blended with some older vine fruit from another vineyard in our neighborhood.

Syrah Heart of Stone
Our first relase of a varietal Syrah: big, juicy, spicy, built to last. Just in case you wonder, this wine is neither over-ripe, over-alcoholic, or over-oaked. We much prefer pure fruit, balance, and the stamp of a unique vineyard site in our wines, and this Syrah has it all.

Tickled Pink
A dry rosé (seignée) made of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre. Well balanced, with rich fruit, refreshing natural acidity, spices & minerals. A perfect lunch wine.
