Dense, dark ruby color with intense aromas of cassis, dark chocolate, licorice, cinnamon, and toasted oak. Massive, concentrated flavors of licorice, cocoa, blackberry pie and blackcurrant jam are supported by a frame of ripe, chewy, mouth filling tannin that imparts great impact without any drying tendencies or harshness, and leads to a rich finish which evolves a progression of flavors for over a minute.

Dark purple–black color. Nose sports a complex array of notes ranging from crushed wintergreen berries, black plum and grilled game to crème brulee, wet cedar sawdust and exotic south asian spices. Jammy and dessert crème flavors show off a rich, seductive and supple mouthfeel. The concentration and body of the wine is huge, with fine-grained tannins guiding the flavors to a sweet-toned and lasting finish.

Dark garnet. Black cherry, fresh blackberry, pipe tobacco and vanilla aromas lead with spicy sage, savory and green herbs supporting. The flavors strike a balance between red fruity flavors and clove and vanilla sweet spices with earthy undertones adding a further dimension of depth and complexity.
