The Amherst Brewing Company is a full-service brewpub located in downtown Amherst, Massachusetts. Established in 1997 by a small group of investors, the ABC originally occupied the lower level of the former First National Bank building off North Pleasant Street. Since then we have undergone three expansions. The first took place in 2002 with the creation of a game room and lounge on the second floor called "The Upstairs at ABC". In 2004 the upstairs expanded adding a larger bar, 2 more pool tables and other facilities. In 2008, we expanded the downstairs dining room, creating a new entrance and adding much needed space to the kitchen and storage facilities. A retail nook was created to display ABC merchandise and growlers for sale from the brewery.

Light in color, medium body, with a hop bitterness and Cascade hop finish.

Light brown medium bodied ale. Smooth, malty and slightly roasted flavor.

Light gold in color, slightly malty and hoppy, with a mild flowery hop finish.

Dark, full bodied ale with a prominent smoked malt flavor

Two Sisters Imperial Stout
Dark, rich, hearty, smooth and chocolaty. The two silhouettes on the logo are Marina and Ksusha adopted from Russia by Amherst Brewing Company's owners, John and Terrie.
