After serving the greater Hartford area for over 5 years with our Windsor, Hartford and South Windsor locations, we decided to spread our love for all things BBQ and head to the shoreline in 2018. “The Stack,” located just seconds off Interstate 91 in New Haven’s District, the revitalized 9-acre technology and innovation campus, our newest location stays true to our cafeteria style dining with indoor seating for 20, while also offering table-side service in the bar area.
Two things make this location truly unique: our 6,000 square foot Biergarten, which is partially covered and houses an outdoor bar, firepits and lounging areas, making it a year-round destination for more than 250 people, and our in-house brewery (opening soon!)! In 2019, we will be opening an Amphitheater with views directly from the Biergarten, offering family-friendly and adult programming!
With ample free parking and a kayak and paddle-board launch from the Mill River Trail, our New Haven team is eager to serve delicious BBQ, house-brewed beer, innovative cocktails and entertainment to the masses!
