Products

  Autumn Raspberry
  Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Franc is a fruitier relation of Cabernet Sauvignon, less herbaceous and with less tannin. Our Cabernet Franc nose is full of violets and raspberries, bright berry fruit and green pepper. Cabernet Franc is excellent with sharper, stronger vegetables such as eggplant and zucchini. It holds its own with red meats and game.
  Chocolate Essence
The flavor sensation of biting into a rich dark chocolate.
  Corot Noir
Corot Noir is our latest red wine created from the Corot Noir grape; a hybrid grape developed at Cornel University. A Pinot Noir style grape that grows well in the cooler climate and shorter growing season of Connecticut, this grape has produced a wine with all the characteristics of a fine, Pinot Noir. Fruit forward, with notes of cherries and berries and big soft tannins, this wine is very approachable.
  Cranberry Riesling
  Green Apple Riesling
The flavor sensation of biting into a crisp, crunchy green apple, with a pleasant tartness followed by a delicious juicy finish. Natural apple flavors blend perfectly with the lively apple notes that are one of Riesling’s delightful trademarks. Clean, cool and crisp - a wonderful balance of apple flavor with the slight acidity and firm character of the Riesling grape.
  Late Harvest Riesling
  Peach Riesling
  Riesling
This clean, crisp and semi-dry white wine is slightly fruity with flavorful hints of peach, apricots and elderflower. With its floral aroma and bouquet of honey, it’s a nice balance of fresh fruit and crisp acidity. Great Riesling may well be the single most versatile white wine with food. When in doubt as to the right wine match, Riesling is always safe and can be sublime.
