David and Christina met in Missoula, Montana and relocated to Sandpoint, Idaho in 2006. Ever since they arrived in Sandpoint, they have demonstrated a strong drive toward the realization of their entrepreneurial ambitions, which included extensive research and an aggressive saving plan. This plan evolved from their desire to offer the Sandpoint community something new and exciting while fully utilizing their skills and experiences. Their goal is to create something that they can be passionate about while contributing to the community’s diversity and vibrancy.
David Kosiba grew up in an entrepreneurial environment working in the family’s wholesale business. He has received a Bachelor in Fine Arts from one of the top art schools in the country. He has also successfully run his own business for eight years, possesses proven leadership and management skills, and has acted as an award-winning head brewer for a local, nationally distributed brewery.
Christina Stecher grew up in an entrepreneurial family that owned a small chain of grocery stores. She received a Bachelor in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Studies from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. She interned at the Taj Mahal Hotel in New Delhi, India as a Guest Relations Officer after graduation.
