Where do we go for great beer in northern Baltimore County? That’s the question that Rich Mak asked when he moved to Parkton. Building a community through beer begins with brewing excellent beer. With a 25-gallon pilot, 2-barrel and 7-barrel systems, and 14 fermentation tanks, beer diversification is B.C. Brewing’s goal. Throw in a 5,000 square foot taproom with space for visiting with your neighbors, as well as playing a little indoor corn hole or bocce, and you have a great place to hang out.
