  Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2002 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has dark, rich aromas of cherries and cassis with rich vanilla undertones. The depth of this wine benefits from my best lots from the finest vineyards, 100% new French Oak and extended barrel aging…up to 14 months in wood.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon has dark, rich aromas of cherries and cassis with rich vanilla undertones. This is a VERY big wine in the mouth, with moderate tannins and good alcohol. The mouth feel has great depth of flavors and a wonderfully concentrated chocolate and cinnamon finish. This Cabernet could be one of the most well-received and highly rated wines I’ve ever made. Time will tell!
  Cabernet-Merlot
Well, here is a Cab/Merlot blend that will knock your socks off! My best yet! The nose is full of raspberry fruit and toasted French oak aromas. The flavors are dominated by layered fruit and moderate tannins. The wine is blended for mid-term enjoyment but could easily age for 5-10 years. The component wines of this blend were aged in 60 gallon American and French barrels.
  Chardonnay
The 2004 Chardonnay shows a big, rich, buttery wine with firm acidity and great hints of the 70% barrel fermentation that went into making this wine. The finish is rich, balanced, and mouth-filling. This vintage is long on the palate and shows the great depth of the 2003 vintage.
  Fumé Blanc
The 2004 Fumé Blanc has good aromas of fresh flowers and herbs backed with vanilla scents. This vintage shows good acidity and crispness. The flavors are dominated by melon with faintly grassy hints in the finish. This wine has great acidity and fantastic palate impression. The 2003 Fumé Blanc could be the best vintage I have made in years.
  Merlot
Once again our 2004 Merlot is very deep and rich. The aromas of black current and blackberries are predominant with a hint of toasted oak. This Merlot is big and massive in the glass. This wine drinks great now and has some punch worthy of 8-10 years aging.
  Reserve Chardonnay
The 2003 Reserve Chardonnay shows a huge, rich, buttery wine with firm acidity. This wine was 100% barrel fermented in all new French oak barrels. The finish is rich, balanced and mouth filling. The wine is long on the palate and shows the incredible depth of the 2003 vintage. This is a great one!!!
  Reserve Merlot
This Reserve 2003 Merlot shows the best of the “Big and Bold” 2003 vintage. The aromas of black current and blackberries are predominant. There is a spicy richness due to the 100% new French oak used in barrel aging. The great character of the 2003 vintage is in the big tannins and good acid backbone. This wine drinks great now and has some punch worthy of 10-12 years aging.
  Rosé of Sangiovese
2003 Rosé of Sangiovese is my new favorite summer wine. 100% Sangiovese with a light salmon color. The nose shows hints of wild strawberries and pomegranate. This is a serious food wine with subtle tannins and a fruity yet dry finish. What’s not to like…pink, trendy, Italian varietal and 100% delicious.
  Semillon
Aromas of pear, black fig and tropical fruit are backed up by herbal scents of fennel and toasted French oak. Flavors are dominated by the various fruit components with fresh, herbal characters in the background. The 2004 Semillon has a soft acidity and a rich lingering palate impression that create a wonderful compliment to fresh shellfish, seafood and poultry dishes of all sorts. Semillon has an outstanding capacity to age and the 2003 has the composition to go the distance.
  Syrah
Again, a perfect vintage for Washington State Syrah. We achieved great ripeness with a massive fruit component. The aromas of our 2003 are intense and very ripe with hints of toasted French oak. Rich scents of dark fruits, blackberries and violets are dominant. The flavors are big, rich and almost sweet on the palate following through with the dark fruit theme. The wine is soft in its tannins but balanced with good acidity.
  White Riesling
The 2004 White Riesling has good depth and acidity to carry it with food. overtones of peaches and tropical fruit. I built this wine in an off-dry style preserving the distinct acidity that we have here in Washington State.
