Our full-bodied red. Brick House is all that, with a big, juicy dark berry taste covered in smooth, smoky oak from barrel aging. It can be savored now or cellared for years to come. Enjoy this hearty red wine most with hard, aged cheese, steak, spicy roast and ribs.

A more sophisticated white for special nights. Candlelight is a well-balanced dry white wine with a buttery finish. Match this wine with any seafood, especially shellfish, pasta in a white sauce, and with white meats including mildly seasoned pork.

A semi-sweet blend of grape and fruit wines. Harvest Blush begins with Concord grapes picked at a vineyard in Paw Paw, Michigan, transported by us to our winery and fermented on the same day. We then blend it with our own apple wine prior to bottling, to create a wonderfully fresh, juicy yet soothing taste. Enjoy it on its own, after a meal or once the kids have been put to bed!

A unique white wine made from the LaCrosse grape and barrel fermented. This is our winemaker’s favorite, with an incredible pear fragrance and flavor. Pear beginnings evolve to finish with subtle apricot, citrus and melon notes. Enjoy this wine on its own, to compliment an appetizer, or with lighter fare.

An all-Iowa exclusive. Pronounced “Mare-a-shall Foash”, this red is made from the Marechal Foch grapes grown at Cedar Ridge and two other local vineyards. With only three days of skin contact, the grapes are pressed and allowed to finish fermenting in barrel, softening and rounding out the tart cherry flavor of this grape. Serve with a variety of cheeses, and ham or pork loin with a sweet marinade.

A great every day white wine. With its fragrant, floral, spicy bouquet and off-dry palate, Meadowland matches very well with a wide variety of dishes, including chicken Caesar salad, cold meat sandwiches, lighter cheeses and lightly seasoned white meats.

An all-purpose red wine. Our Reunion wine was created to suit a variety of tastes and pair with almost any dish. It is well-balanced, with light tannins and moderate body and mouthfeel. It drinks well with anything, especially spicier white meats, pasta with a red sauce, and more mildly prepared red meats.

Made from freshly picked, chilled grapes shipped in from the Madera region of California, this wine was slowly barrel fermented in new oak barrels. It has an incredible grapefruity nose and flavor enhanced with a touch of cream from the barrels. Enjoy it on its own, with lighter fare or with any seafood dish.
