Jersey Artisan Distilling, Inc. has been established to be in the business of providing high-quality spirits to all. The company's initial product line will focus on the distillation of ultra premium, hand crafted vodka, rum, gin and whiskey. In today’s market, liquors are often made simply to intoxicate without any aim to provide enjoyment to the consumers. Jersey Artisan Distilling, Inc. intends to bring enjoyment back to liquor consumption by using classic distilling techniques and providing flavor and passion for the product to the consumer. Jersey Artisan Distilling, Inc. wants to be the first operational distillery back in New Jersey since Prohibition, creating locally made liquors using Jersey grown products whenever possible. Jersey Artisan Distilling intends to become the preeminent purveyor of spirits in New Jersey and ultimately to gain a substantial market share among small and craft distilleries across the country.

Busted Barrel Silver Rum
Busted Barrel Silver Rum will be coming to stores, bars and restaurants all over New Jersey starting August 12, 2013!!! We make our silver rum from the finest molasses made in Louisiana, distill it through our custom copper stills and carbon filter it to give it a smooth delicious taste unlike any silver rum you've ever tried. Meanwhile, we are aging our Busted Barrel Dark Rum in American white oak barrels and will be ready to bring it to you in October 2013! Make sure to ask for Busted Barrel in all your favorite cocktails or simply enjoy it on the rocks.
