Dean’s Zesty Booch opened it’s doors in 2016 as one of the state’s very first kombucha breweries, and Bozeman’s only kombucha brewery and bar. We pride ourselves on making world-class fermented functional beverages, using only the highest quality organic teas, whole fruits, house-pressed juices, herbs, and spices. Our products range in ABV from non-alcoholic (family-friendly) to 4%-6% ABV hard kombucha and kombucha-beer blends.
