Hillsborough Vineyards and Brewery Virginia’s newest vineyard invites you to enjoy the stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains while tasting the fantastic wines Virginia has to offer. Hillsborough Vineyards, a 36-acre historic farm located just minutes from Leesburg, at the foot of Short Hill Mountain, is owned and operated by the Baki family.

From Leesburg take Rt. 7 W approximately 4 miles. Take Rt. 9 (Charles Town Pike). Go 8 miles, pass the town of Hillsboro and in half mile you will see the entrance on your right.

BLOODSTONE is a full-bodied red wine with an extended finish. With a nose of white pepper, violets, black cherry, and truffles, this wine is a gracious compliment to most heartier meals and red meat.
A refreshingly smooth blend of Chardonnay and Roussanne, CARNELIAN is a crisp, medium bodied, dry white wine. With intense floral notes, a long finish, and a creamy mouth feel this wine will graciously compliment lighter meals such as seafood, pasta and poultry.
Garnet is a delicate blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot revealing a complex bouquet of violets, plum, and black cherry with an extended satin finish. Garnet is an excellent aperitif on its own or as a complement to cheeses like Brie or Roquefort, beef and turkey.
With only 6% residual sugar, Moonstone is a pleasantly sweet dessert wine that serves as the perfect finish to any meal. Made from the same blend of Viognier and Chardonnay that has made Opal so popular, Moonstone is a butter medium-body wine with a floral nose and satin finish
A truly refreshing and smooth white wine, Opal is a delicate blend of Viognier and Chardonnay matured in oak. Opal is a dry white wine with a light fruity aroma and creamy mouth feel followed by a rich and silky back palette. This medium-body white will graciously complement most fishes including shellfish, light pastas, pork and poultry, as well as fruity desserts.
Inspired by the complex wines of southwestern France, RUBY is an intricate blend of Tannat, Touriga Nacional, and Petite Verdot, masterfully blended and matured in oak barrels. RUBY is a dry red wine with a fruity aroma and velvet taste followed by a soft and supple finish. This medium-body red is an impeccable complement to most meats, fish, pastas with red sauce, creamy cheeses, and chocolate.
The Serefina stone is thought to be the symbol of unconditional love. A blend of Viognier and Tannat, our SEREFINA is a refreshingly crisp rosé with a nose of tropical fruits, citrus, and strawberry. This medium-bodied dry wine is a superb compliment to shellfishes, pastas, and salads. Best when chilled, but can be enjoyed at room temperature.
