River Hill Distillery was born in March of 2014 after a months-long and extensive process of securing official licensing to produce whiskey.
Since that time, River Hill Distillery Bourbon and Corn Whiskey has been sold in Virginia ABC stores. By October, 2014, he was now also finally licensed to operate a distillery store on location at his River Hill Farm, about a mile from the town limits of Luray, Va.

Directions
From Front Royal and north take route 340 south to Mechanic street in Luray, make a right, follow Mechanic street out until it makes a hard right hand bend - there will be a small distillery sign on the left hand side in the bend, make a left, travel roughly 1/4 mile to drive on right (there are two houses on the left immediately opposite the driveway, and a Stables sign on the driveway)
From Warrenton and east take route 211 West to route 340 south. And the end of the ramp make a left onto 340, Mechanic street will be the next official right hand turn, make a right onto mechanic street and follow the directions above.
From the west, follow 211 East to left on airport road immediately outside of Luray. Follow airport road to the stop sign, make a left onto Bixlers Ferry Rd and your immediate next left onto Ruffners Ferry Rd. Follow directions above.
