Cloer Family Vineyards

|
For 21 years, the Cloers of Apex, North Carolina, were synonymous with landscaping – thanks to their family-owned business, Cloer Nursery. In June of 2010, Tam, the second-generation owner of the nursery, expanded the family’s heritage by opening Cloer Family Vineyards.

Carlos
Carlos is the number one bronze-colored wine grape in the southeastern United States. The small, sweet grapes create a pleasantly fruity wine that is perfectly paired with pasta, chicken or sushi.
|
Chambourcin
Chambourcin is a dark-berried French hybrid grape that has been planted in America only since the 1970s. The grapes produce deep-colored wines with full aromatic flavors. Cloer Family Vineyards’ Chambourcin is a smooth buttery wine with a hint of nutmeg and chocolate. It is excellent served with beef dishes.

Noble
Noble is the most popular red muscadine grape for wine and juice production. The grapes are medium-sized with dark skin and, like most muscadine varieties, have relatively high sugar content. The resulting sweetness yields a rich red wine that is best served chilled. Cloer Family Vineyards’ Noble is great as a dessert wine, especially when served with chocolate.

Veranda
Cloer Family Vineyards’ Veranda is a blended white wine consisting of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Our semi-sweet Veranda is an “anytime” wine that also pairs well with chicken, pasta or seafood.
