Summerhill is home of the Pyramid. After 3 years of tests in a small pyramid, consumer taste proved to the owner that pyramid aged wine was better. A 4 story pyramid was then constructed. Alchemy - Organic Chardonnay
The Enchanted Vines Series are not only organically grown and pyramid aged, they are blessed with ancient ceremonial techniques to infuse the wine with intention. Alchemy is infused with the power to awaken our dreams and transform them into reality. This intense coconut flavor wine integrates a magical blend of organic Icewines to delightfully enhance the natural excellence of this Estate Reserve Chardonnay. Aged sur lie for a year and a half in small French and American oak barrels.

Diva's Delight - Late Harvest Riesling
Bursting with tropical aromas and flavours, this unique wine was produced from very late-harvested grapes and fermented very slowly to capture the essence of flavours.
