Founded in 2012. Saint Patrick's Brewing Company's mission is to make world-class artisan lager beers using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. Our lager beers are deep, complex, very flavorful and smooth!
Why do we focus on making lagers when ales are easier, faster, and cheaper to produce? The answer is simple... The quality of our beer is paramount. Quality over quantity.
Our small batch recipes use only the freshest premium ingredients that are carefully selected for their unique characteristics (aroma, taste, quality, freshness).
Each of our brews ferment and lager for eight to twelve weeks allowing the beer to gain depth, clarity, smooth out and become incredibly drinkable.
