Dry Red Wine. This Hilltop Red is crafted using grapes from the St. Croix cultivar. It is full-bodied with aromas of blueberry, cherry and currents. This wine is smooth and rich in mouthfeel and will suit a broad range of cuisines.

Semi-Sweet Wine. This Blush is the creation of our most planted grapes, Marechal Foch, which are slowly fermented to a brilliant strawberry color and are loaded with cherry and strawberry flavors and finished for the semi-sweet palate. Serve chilled.

These Merlot grapes come from the shores of Lake Michigan. This full-bodied wine has been oak barrel aged.

Wisconsin Foch. This wine is created with our most planted variety, Marechal Foch. It produces a smooth, rich flavor which goes well with red meat and pasta.

Wisconsin St. Croix. Oakey Red is the proprietor's blend of our finest red grape cultivars, which are planted on our South facing hilltop, capturing the early morning sun's rays. During fermentation they release their blackberry, cherry and raspberry aromas, then finished to perfection in our American oak barrels. This wine goes well with red meat.

This Red Table Wine is crafted using several red grape cultivars. It is a sweet wine with aromas of cherry and strawberry.
