Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
Alexander and Sonoma Valley grapes from La Vigna Vineyard, Pusich Vineyard and Sunnyslope Vineyard. Great berry flavors. Deep color and very smooth. Full bodied. Round tannins. 95% Cabernet Sauvignon 5% Merlot. Harvested between 9/24 and 10/28/2003. 18 months in American Oak. Bottled 7/21/2005. 3.74ph, .68 TA, 13.1% Alcohol. 590 cases produced. Looks to age beautifully through 2009 and beyond.

Grapes from Sangiacomo Vineyards, Sonoma Valley. Toasty, vanilla, caramel, buttery flavors.100% Chardonnay. Barrel Fermented 100% Malolactic. Fermented 6 Months barrel aged mostly in American Oak.13.85% Alcohol, 3.52ph, .62TA. 430 cases made. Bottled May 28, 2004.Will improve monthly through 2006.
