You are invited to visit our winery, which is located 5 miles west of Highland in the scenic hills of Southwest Wisconsin. Our wide line of wines is yours for the sampling. A fully guided tour discusses grape growing and care as well as the in-depth steps to wine production. If you feel adventuresome, you are welcome to hike to the tops of the surrounding hills to view our 16 acre vineyards. If relaxation is more to your liking, we offer a covered deck on which to enjoy a glass of wine (don't forget some gourmet cheese and sausage from our gift shop).

Chambourcin
A varietal dry red wine with black cherry and raspberry overtones. Serve with red meats and pasta.

CHAMPAGNE
A white champagne that is fermented in the bottle using the traditional French method. It is produced by hand, one bottle at a time. A nice light fruitiness. Available in dry or semi-sweet.

CRANBERRY
This wine was specifically made to be a dinner wine. Made from 100% cranberries, it is rich, full-bodied and full-flavored, much like cranberry sauce in a glass. A natural with turkey and ham, this wine also enhances 'sweet and sour' dishes. Gold medal.

HARVEST BLUSH
A semi-sweet wine made from black grapes in the style of a white wine, giving it a moderate pink blush. It has a nice floral character along with berry flavors. Goes well with ham and cheese and sausage.

HARVEST RED
A semi-sweet full-bodied red wine. Soft and easy to drink. Excellent with pasta and red meats.

JOHANNISBERG RIESLING
Light, crisp and refreshing white grape wine with just a hint of sweetness. A wonderful picnic wine.

MEAD - (Honey Wine)
Made in the traditional manner of medieval English meads from Wisconsin honey. Sweet and full-bodied with a mild flavor of honey. Floral bouquet.

RESERVE RED
Rich, full-bodied varietal flavors make this a very nice dry dinner wine that goes with red meats and hearty pastas. Bronze medal.

RUBY LADY
A sweet red grape wine from concord grapes. Made in a light style that allows raspberry, cherry and cranberry flavors to come through. Excellent with fruit trays and cheese and sausage. Bronze medal.

SWEET CHERRY
Blend of well-balanced white grape wine and fresh cherry juice. Beautiful color and a sweet yet tart cherry flavor that's a beauty to sip. Wonderful with ham, poultry and chocolate. Gold medal.

SWEET STRAWBERRY
A blend of fresh strawberry juice and fine-quality white grape wine. Very Strawberry.

THE LORELEY WHITE
A semi-sweet Rhine style wine with luscious fruit and citrus overtones. Serve with poultry and mild cheese. Bronze medal.

A sweet white grape wine with a very fresh and grapey taste. Silver medal
