Boedecker Cellars

Boedecker Cellars We founded Boedecker Cellars in 2003 to craft small-production, food-oriented, distinctive Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from some of Oregon's greatest vineyards. By keeping our production levels low, we can lavish our attention on every detail of the winemaking process. The wines we craft reflect much of our own character and our own tastes. Our signature Stewart and Athena Pinot Noir blends showcase the unique palates of the two winemakers as well as the distinctiveness of the vineyards. The crisp, bright profile of our all-stainless Purity Chardonnay reflects our belief in wine's role as a companion for food at the table rather than a showcase for oak barrels. The beauty and elegance of Oregon wines, just like so many other things we love about the Pacific Northwest — the Cascade Mountains, the forests, the ocean — continue to drive our passions as Northwest natives.

  Athena Pinot Noir
The 2004 Athena Pinot Noir will once again showcase the deep, rich side of Oregon Pinot Noir. The dijon clone fruit from Anderson Family, Momtazi, Cherry Grove, and Justice vineyards produced a wonderful, balanced wine in 2004.
  Athena Pinot Noir
A powerful wine for hedonistic Pinot Noir lovers! Full-bodied and intense with spicy toast and lush, dark cherry fruit, this is a wine to drink now or age for 5-10 years. The 2003 Athena reflects the power and depth of the Anderson Family, Cherry Grove, Momtazi, and Murto vineyards and the balance provided by the blend of Pommard and Dijon clones used in the blend
  Purity Chardonnay
To preserve the beauty of the Chardonnay from Anderson Family Vinyards, we fermented our Purity Chardonnay in small stainless steel barrels. The crisp bright notes of pear and stone fruit is balanced by richness gained during extended lees aging in the barrel. This is Oregon Dijon Chardonnay at its best!
  Stewart Pinot Noir
The 2004 Stewart Pinot Noir is shaping up to be a silky blockbuster! Once again, this will be an all Dundee Hills blend with Pommard and Wadenswil fruit from Maresh, Stoller, and Anderson Family vineyards.
  Stewart Pinot Noir
An elegant wine for lovers of classic Oregon Pinot Noir. Full of vibrant cherry and raspberry with a crisp backbone and delicate, spicy finish, this wine shows its heritage in high elevation Dundee Hills vineyards. The 2003 Stewart showcases the brilliant up-front fruit and the subtle complexity of flavors from the old vine Pommard and Wadenswil Pinot Noir from Maresh and Murto vineyards.
