We offer over 30 varieties of wines all produced here in our winery. They range from Dry to Semi-Dry, Semi-Sweet to Sweet and of course our Dessert Wines. Concord
This grape was fermented at cool temperatures, and finished dry. A nice all-around red wine, grown and vinted here in Northeast Iowa. A great barbeque, red sauces and pasta wine.

Frog Hollow Foch
A vintage of Iowa Marechal Foch (pronounced "mar-esh-shall-fosh") grapes as grown in our vineyard in Fayette County. A dry, full-bodied, oak finished red wine. Serve room temperature with red meats.

Harvest Blush
This semi-dry blend of Swanson’s apple blend and Concord grape produces a delightful, light blush wine.

Honey N’ Berries
The blend of honey and fresh raspberries produces a wonderful, exciting semi-sweet mead, the noblest of drinks.

Iowa Pearl
This vintage of a blend of white grapes is finished semi-dry. A light, fruity grape wine that pairs well with chicken And pork. Nice all by itself!!

Rohde Red
This vintage of the Frontenac and Valiant Grapes features a dry, full bodied red wine. Grown in our own vineyard, it has a light oak finish - a family favorite. Serve with venison and beef.

Strawberry Fest
A liquid Strawberry Shortcake. Serve chilled with sugar cookies and light desserts.

Sweet Ruby
Our own Concord grape finished sweet, with a character all its own. A mouthful of flavor that is a stand-alone wine, but equally good with light foods or desserts. Serve chilled.

Table Mead
Fassbinder’s pure, natural bee honey produces a lovely semi-sweet “Honeymooners Wine”, Mead is the oldest recorded fermented beverage.

Volga Lake Blush
A blend of the Volga Lake White grapes and the Concord grape. An all-purpose sipping wine. Serve chilled with baked goods, including scones, cookies and fruit pies.
