A Cottage Farm LLC is a 114 year old family farm owned and operated by Linda and Larry Remmers. Our farm is located on scenic Gate Road between Littlerock and Rochester Washington. We are tucked between Capitol Forest and the Black River. Our produce and fruit are grown using only organic and sustainable methods and non-GMO seeds. We are, however, not certified.
Garlic is our main crop and passion: ten varieties to meet every garlic taste (scapes, green, and cured - bulk, or beautiful braids). Cukes and dill as well as a bounty of other fresh vegetables, pumpkins, and gourds are available at our garden market and gift shop. The market is filled with charming antiques, estate and auction treasures, unique gifts, and hand-thrown pottery including garlic keepers and bakers and is home to A Cottage Farm Winery where we serve samples of our artisan fruit wines. Our wines are made from fruits and berries grown on the farm and handcrafted into flavorful and festive wines - a great way to drink and eat local.
