Products

  Alicante Bouschet
This red-juiced grape produces a fresh wine with aromas hinting at cherries and strawberries. Soft tannins allow pairings with most red meats and poultry.
  Barbera
Brought to America from the Piedmont region of Italy by immigrant farmers, Barbera has flourished in the Shenandoah Valley of California's Gold Country. Head trained in the Italian tradition, our Barbera was harvested by hand and aged in French and American oak barrels for sixteen months. Farmed for lower yields to increase the intensity of flavors, our Barbera produces full, flavorful wine.
  Black Muscat
This fragrant wine is made in the style of a white wine and is light enough to enjoy on the patio, with dinner or dessert. Lower in alcohol with a balanced sweetness, this wine can be enjoyed on many occasions.
  Brayzin Hussy Red
This fanciful blend of 55% Zinfandel and 45% Sangiovese is perfect for those days when you just want some unpretentious fun. Excellent with pizza, pasta, ribs and most breakfast cereals (kidding about that last one). We really don't make it in the bathtub, but it looks like fun. A bountiful body with skimpy close.
  Port
Equal parts of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel aged in oak barrels create the wonderful essence of this beautifully balanced treat. Drink now or hold.
  Sangiovese
This varietal, from which the Chianti wines of Italy derive their character, grows remarkably well in the Shenandoah Valley in the heart of California's Gold Country. With climate and soil similar to that of Tuscany, this medium bodied wine is ripe with flavor produced by the characteristics of the vineyard.
  Sangiovese Rosato
Made from the juice of the red Sangiovese grapes prior to fermentation, our Rosato is made in the style of a fine rosé with a reddish-pink color and delightful aroma. Serve chilled by itself and with poultry and Asian dishes. Refreshing and food-friendly.
  Syrah
Syrah, also known as Shiraz, is established in the Rhone Valley of France and was first planted in California in the late 1800s. The Sierra Foothills are one of the original locations of Syrah vines in California. Harvested by hand, this complex wine is aged for sixteen months in French and American oak barrels. With hints of clove, our Syrah is a full, flavorful wine.
  Tempranillo
Known as Spain's noble grape, Tempranillo is a classic quality grape variety and is responsible for making some of Spain's best wines. Taking well to the California climate, Tempranillo produces wines which are lush and seductive with intense fruit flavors of black cherry, raspberry, currant and notes of plums and tobacco.
  Verdelho
This Portuguese white wine is fresh and fruity with a bite of citrus. Serve chilled by itself or with seafood, light meats, roasted vegetables and Asian dishes. It makes a nice alternative to Chardonnay.
  Zinfandel
When Zinfandel arrived in California around the time of the Gold Rush, it was grown on head trained vines. We continue in that tradition and harvest our grapes by hand to ensure quality. Aged in French and American oak barrels for sixteen months, we hope you enjoy this flavorful wine.
