The original idea for Geek Spirits began back in 2008 while discussing plan B's. These sort of discussions are common place when you work in the high tech field because of the burn-out nature of the business. We had acquired a love for fine distilled spirits and saw an article about micro distilleries. We thought to ourselves "we have a decent sized yard, we could just build a small shed and make the stuff in our backyard". Let's just say we have learned a LOT since we first started investigating this exciting area !
