I make very small batch ultra premium bourbon using the best local ingredients. That means Estate Grown Grains from Walnut Grove Farm, all non-gmo, grown on one farm - by one farmer - in one season. While mass produced bourbons use a grain bill much higher in corn, our mash is rich in flavor grains. A large addition of red winter wheat and malted barley gives the whiskey a smooth sweet taste right off the still. I make a few thousand gallons a year from local ingredients to sell to local people and a few lucky ones who come through. Aged in 53 gallon barrels, this premium product will be available on a limited basis starting in late 2017.
