The Inn at Churon Winery is a beautiful 24 room Grand Chateau, located in the heart of the Temecula Wine Country.
Churon produces a number of award-winning wines, including classic reds, whites, and dessert wines. Our estate Syrah wines have repeatedly been Gold Metal Winners.

Sunday - Friday: 10am - 4:30pm
Saturday: 10am - 5pm
5-course wine-paired dining on Friday and Saturday evenings.

2000 Cabernet Sauvignon
Rich Bordeaux blend aged on new French oak for 17 months. Flavors of rich black cherry, boysenberry with hints of butterscotch, vanilla, and chocolate. An excellent wine to add to your cellar.

2000 Merlot
Big and bold with flavors of black currants and toasty oak. Serve with Beef stew, Lamb or Duck, and of course, Chocolate.

2000 Syrah
Soft, smoky oak aromas with plum and blueberries that dance across the tongue. Great with pork, lamb and blueberry cobbler with warm cream. Yum!

2001 Cab Franc
Beautiful strawberry bouquet with flavors of creamy chocolate covered strawberries and a smooth finish. Try it with Cornish game hens or grilled pork loins. The tasting staff's favorite!

2001 Chardonnay
Crisp and clean with hints of green apple, pear and pineapple. Nice long finish. Great with seafood and chicken. Enjoy a cool bottle on your balcony or patio on a warm summer evening

2001 Petite Verdot Malbec
Fills your mouth with dates and nuts. Finishes clean and dry. Great with pasta.

2002 Sangiovese Rose
A light fruity wine, with hints of cranberry and cherry. Slightly Sweet with a dry finish. Great with anything from tofu to rabbit.

Tropical aromas of mango passion fruit and guava. Finishes with a citrus twist.
