  Albarello Sonoma Valley
An immense wine made in the tradition of old world vintners from the last century - Albarello is a field blend consisting of Zin (40%) and Petite Sirah (40%) with smaller amounts of Carignane, Barbera, Alicante-Bouschet and Early Burgundy, and a tiny (less than .5%) of white grapes.
  Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
A medium to full bodied wine with light tannins. 2001 was a amazing vintage and this world class Napa fruit from a cooler growing region is a collectors wine. Drink now or cellar for the future. 14.3% alcohol. 96 cases produced.
  Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma Valley
A full bodied wine that has a bouquet of black fruits, spice and cedar with a complexity of flavors such as cassis, cocoa, and coffee, combine to make a compelling wine. Firm tannins show in the finish. Lovely now but will improve over the next 5 -7 years.
  Cabernet Sauvignon/ Sangiovese /Merlot
A medium to full bodied "super Tuscan" style wine. RED drinks smooth and seamless with elegant and restrained flavors and acids. Versatile at the table it goes with pastas, pizza, roasted game and well aged cheeses. 13.5% alcohol. 297 cases produced.
  Carignane Mendocino County
A medium bodied wine from vineyards planted in the 1930's. This savory wine pairs well with herb crusted lamb, pepper steak, tandoori chicken, or sautéed duck with porcini mushrooms and onion. 13.4% alcohol. 514 cases produced.
  Charbono Mendocino
A medium bodied wine with a dark opaque purple color - 100% Charbono aged in French oak. 2004 was a great vintage and this unique berry packed wine proves it - powerful and bold - will pair nicely with gamy meats and sharp, aged cheeses like Parmiggiano.
  Merlot Sonoma Mountain
A thick chewy full bodied, rich wine that is opaque/purple in color and has a black cherry fruit and allspice nose. Drink now or better yet, cellar this wine for a decade. 14.5% alcohol. 125 cases produced.
  Merlot Sonoma Valley Maclise Vineyards
A full bodied wine at Workingman's prices. A terroir driven tour de force that has a dried red cherry nose and a completely dry finish. This wine excites your palate with an intense juicy burst of cassis flavors and finely integrated tannins. Great with classic French crème sauces. 15.5% alcohol. 516 cases produced.
  Petite Sirah Mendocino
A varietal we haven't produced in ten years. This P.S. is a fruit filled blackberry and raspberry phenomenon, a concentrated behemoth, expertly balanced with a chalky mouth filling tannic finish that lasts - this wine is serious and will only get better for at least 1 or 2 decades.
  Pinot Noir Sonoma Mountain
Full bodied. A surreal cocktail of pomegranate and cherry cola, heightened acidity and extravagant alcohol remain tenuously in balance with the wine's sweetness - which makes the dry finish something of a shock.
  Primitivo Mendocino
Primitivo is the Italian cousin of zinfandel - a rich wine with a ripe middle of raspberry and blackberry fruit tar, good structure, with a nice finish. Try it with cioppino, "Zuppa di Pesca", New Orleans gumbo, or well aged cheeses.
  Sangiovese Napa Valley
A medium bodied wine and like all the wines in Workingman's Series is a good introduction to the house style. It goes well with all food that is Tuscan - like pastas, pizzas, olive oil based dishes. 15% alcohol. 130 cases produced.
  Sangiovese Sonoma Valley
RED Founder's Series. A medium bodied wine that is fragrant with strawberries, new leather, and allspice but remains expertly balanced. Enjoy with sausage, rotisserie chickens, or braised lamb shanks.
  Syrah Sonoma Valley
Full-bodied. Deep, rustic, chewy black fruit notes, intertwined with earthy, loamy characteristics. A classic expression of terroir. Fragrant, vibrant, mouth-watering texture and a dry finish. Try it with roast duck, grilled steak or lamb chops, and pasta with a hearty tomato sauce. 13.5% alcohol.
  Zinfandel Napa Valley Forsythe Vineyards
While carrying the name of the Napa Valley, it is all Sonoma Valley fruit, some of which is from the 19th-century Martini Monte Rosso (Red Mountain) clone. The wine is deep and dense, spicy and a bit leaner than some other jammy Coturri zins. 15.9% alcohol. 125 cases produced.
  Zinfandel Sonoma Mountain Estate Vineyards
A full bodied, texturally intense, rich and concentrated wine made from the vineyards at the winery. Port-like is a typical descriptor. 15.5% alcohol. 300 cases produced.
  Zinfandel Sonoma Valley
A full bodied wine that has deep natural fruit sweetness and layers of black currant, boysenberry, pomegranate, wild strawberry, chocolate, and plum pudding. 15.2% alcohol. 300 cases produced.
  Zinfandel Sonoma Valley Chauvet Vineyards
A full bodied jammy wine with a sweet blackberry middle and a ripe acidity. Great with rich foods like BBQ or as an after dinner dessert drink.
Zinfandel Sonoma Valley Chauvet Vineyards Old Vine East Block
A full bodied wine made from ancient, gnarled vines planted in 1935. It is a hedonistic bowl of fruit compote. This wine begs for fois gras and smoky barbequed ribs.
  Zinfandel Sonoma Valley Freiberg Vineyards
A distinct scent of honeyed apricots, this is a full bodied zin that offers up velvety plush fruit, hints of rich chocolate, toasted thyme, mushrooms and spice. This wine craves spicy foods. 260 cases. 15.8% alcohol.
Zinfandel Sonoma Valley P. Coturri Family Vineyards
Be prepared for a huge, rich, full-bodied wine loaded with jammy, briery, raspberry fruit. Hedonistic, with gorgeous texture, layers of flavor, and beautifully integrated tannins and acidity. Made for pairing with Gorgonzola cheese or a spicy mole negro. 16% alcohol. Only 175 cases produced.
