Welcome to Kentucky’s first cidery. This new Lexington brewery is the only place in town where you can find 12 ciders on tap. Our rotating selection of house-brewed hard ciders are created with a blend of fresh-pressed apples and small-farm juices to produce semi-sweet, refreshing, clean tasting hard ciders. Come visit our taproom in East Lexington. We are family-friendly and pet-friendly, hosting a variety of events throughout the month. Join us for Yappy Hour every first Thursday of the month, trivia night on Tuesdays and more. Chateau Blanc White Table Wine
This is a local favorite from the Niagara grape. It is a fruity wine with perfumy character. A elegantly sweet wine that is very concentrated with thick legs in the glass. Recommended as desert or stand alone wine.

Kentucky Chardonnay
This wine vinted from the Noble Chardonnay cultivar is made in a fruity, citrus style. It is only has been lightly oaked in a elegantly dry style. A good stand alone wine or great with fish or chicken dishes.

Kentucky Dandelion Wine
This wine is a blend of several varietal grapes that are combined with the delicate petals of the Dandelion and masterfully vinted and aged in Kentucky Oak barrels. It is a unique boutique wine. It has the nose of dandelion blossoms with fruit over-tones. It is a sweet wine, that is limited as a vintage.

Kentucky Red Table Wine
A intensely red Chambourcin - Chianti/Boujelois style wine. It is semi-dry with the nose of black cherry. It has been aged in Kentucky oak barrels for 18 months prior to bottling. Recommended with lamb, beef or Italian dishes.

Kentucky Vidal Blanc
Made from Vidal Blanc cultivar. We have produced a Reisling style, fruity white wine. It's nose is of pineapple,apricot and citrus. It has a smooth fruity flavor in a semi-sweet style. Recommended with fish, chicken dishes.
