In Febrauary 2012 a long time homebrewer and a winemaker were introduced as the winemaker wanted to learn how to brew. Brad McCauley and Vince Pileggi then together founded Brew Crew Inc, each would bring their respective talents to the business, Brad woud be able to commercially produce his craft brew under his longtime name of Delicious Science Brewery, and Vince would become his assistant brewer and learn as each week for over a year they would have a brew day at Vince's Barn at his Ranch in Woodcrest, Caifornia. As they brewed each week they began buying larger equipment to brew on from 5 gallon batches to 15 gal then 25 gallons. As they grew they realized the possibiIity of going commercial wasn't too far away they started looking for a building.
A close friend who also was a home brewer had told Vince and Brad that a new Home Brew Supply had opened down the street from Vince's Studio. Vince and Brad quickly went to check out the store we they had met with Brad Wicks who shared his plans beyond the Brew Supply, before you know it an arrangement was made as Vince and Brad helped with the startup of Wicks Brewing Company in Riverside. As Wicks grew quickly a space opened and Brew Crew Inc was born as they spent time turning a small space into a small batch Nano Brewery Which is set to open Spring of 2014.
