Ambrosia - "Nectar of the Gods" - Our special dessert wine made from 100% Traminette grapes harvested late in the season. The late harvest grapes attain very high sugar levels and complex, concentrated fruit flavors. Winner of the Kansas Department of Commerce People's Choice award for the best white wine in Kansas. Excellent paired with fuit-based desserts and fine cheeses. Bottled in 375 ml half-bottles. Enjoy!

Chardonel is an offspring of Chardonnay and produces an excellent dry white wine. We cold ferment ours to accent its delicate fruit flavors. Crisp and refreshing!

Our long growing season and plentiful sunlight results in full, ripe flavors in this hand-crafted Chardonnay. Aged on American oak. Silver medal winner.

Oktoberfest is our German style white wine. Slightly sweet and bursting with fruit and spice, it is perfect for the holidays. One of our best sellers.

Another gold medal winner! Our Ruby Port is a traditional port wine. The fermentation is stopped while the wine is still very sweet by the addition of fine brandy. This delicious dessert wine makes any occasion special. Note: Our port was selected to be paired with the wonderful Christopher Elbow chocolates at a recent chocolate seminar.

A gold medal winner! Ruby Red is our signature red table wine. It is a Bordeaux style/meritage blend of our estate grown red grapes. This year's blend is 40% Cabernet Sauvignon-30% Cabernet Franc-30% Chancellor. Aged in American Oak barrels, this premium red wine makes any meal special.
