Rock’n Dough Pizza Co began life as a Food Truck, traveling around Memphis, TN and serving up pizza. After a year or so of successfully slinging pizza pies from the food truck we now have brick and mortor locations in Germantown, TN and Jackson, TN, which includes a brewery.
The Rock’n Dough food philosophy is “fresh and local”, because fresh and local tastes better and is better for you and our community! We make all our dough and sauce daily, and shred our own cheese. We smoke our own meat and prep all our fresh veggies in-house. Rock’n Dough proudly supports local businesses, and we source ingredients for our menu from local farms and local companies whenever possible.
