Products

  Barrel Select Chardonnay
A buttery style enhanced with toasted oak and fruit flavors. This award-winning Chardonnay is for those who might prefer a little more fruit-forward taste.
  Cabernet Sauvignon Port
(375 ML Bottle) Our late harvest Cabernet Sauvignon grapes make this fortified after dinner wine full bodied and bursting with fruit flavors. Made in the traditional Portugal style. Enjoy after dinner or with dessert.
  Desert Blush
A versatile, off dry, chillable red wine with the color of a Western Colorado Sunset. Enjoyable before and after any meal.
  Late Harvest Semillon
(375 ML Bottle) In this wine, some of our grapes spent an extra month beyond the normal harvest dates, ripening in the warm sunny days of Western Colorado. This dessert wine has a rich, creamy, viscous texture. This variety, along with Sauvignon Blanc, make the famous dessert wines of Sauternes and Barsac in the Bordeaux region of France.
  Meritage Red
Our biggest, most full-bodied red, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, the red varieties of the Bordeaux region of France. Displaying aromas of black cherries, raspberries and a hint of oak in the nose.
  Meritage White
A nicely-balanced blend of the white Bordeaux varieties, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Crisp and fresh, with citrus fruit flavors and a touch of French oak in the background. A light and lively accompaniment for seafood and shellfish.
  Merlot
An approachable style for a full-bodied red wine, made for enjoyment while fresh and young or after a few years of cellaring. Raspberries, blackberries in the nose, smooth with a hint of chocolate in the taste.
  Sauvignon Blanc
A New Zealand-style wine for any occasion, on the soft side with pear and green apple flavors a crisp, citrusy fresh splash that 's ideal when served very cold.
  Semi-Sweet
A blend of white grape varieties, some of which are late harvest. Aromas of pineapple with a nice balance of sweetness and acidity, with a slight oak character.
  Sweet Red
Our sweet red is a chillable, oak barrel aged red wine. Made from a blend of varieties we grow, some of which are late harvest, to provide a sweet taste.
  Syrah
Syrah is the ancient red variety of the Northern Rhone Valley of France. Tasting very fruity of black cherry with a hint of tobacco, chocolate, cinnamon and mint, it compliments most foods that go well with a full-bodied red wine.
  Viognier
Viognier is the rare white grape variety grown in the Northern Rhone Valley of France that performs very well in Western Colorado. The grape develops unique floral and spicy aromas, with a surprising quick finish due to its crisp acidity. Flavors of pineapple, lemon, kiwi, melon, honey and licorice dominate the taste. It is complementary to most foods, including brunch dishes, spicy Cajun foods, shellfish, seafood bisque or a strongly-flavored cheese.
