Blustry Blend
This refreshing blend of Cayuga White and Seyval Blanc has a distinct fruity aroma. Aged in stainless steel, and fermented at a low temperature, this sweet wine is an excellent sipping wine.

Cayuga White
A crisp, clear, refreshing wine. Fruity taste, grapefruit, melon, and peach. A wine that stands on its own. Aged in stainless steel. 100% Connecticut Grown. Its delicate fruity character is great with appetizers, seafood or poultry.

Chardonnay
Aged in american oak... buttery and luscious with a full fruit taste....serve chilled.

Merlot
Aged on a combination of American and French Oaks. Well balanced, Medium Bodied Notice the deep color with tastes of cherry and hints of black pepper and butter. Great with red meat or Italian dishes. Can age an additional 2 years.

Riesling
A dry, crisp, white wine with a floral bouquet.. with a hint of green apple on the finish. Aged in stainless steel.

St. Croix
Limited Production. Aged 24 months. A dry, smooth wine with aromas of cherry and fruit with a finish of spice and pepper. Can be aged for up to an additional 4 years.

Sunset Blush
Fruity and Refreshing wine with hints of Peach, Apricot, and Plum. Delicately sweet.

Twisted Red
A Proprietary Blend of Cabernet, Cabernet Franc, Lemberger & Chamborcin. Aged on French Oak, with hints of Blackberry, Black Cherry and Plum. Full Bodied. Great with steaks, roasts, or veal. While it is ready now, it will only improve in the bottle over time.

Vidal Blanc
Limited Production. Mix of Chardonnay/Vidal. Crisp, clear, and smooth. A buttery taste with a hint of nut. 100% estate grown and barrel aged in American Oak.
