Flood Zone Marketplace and Brewery is a place deeply rooted into the hard working community of Union Bridge. Originally operating as a family-owned grocery store in the 1960’s, this historic building has survived countless storms over the last sixty years, including Tropical Storm Agnes in 1972, and stands as a testament to the resilient spirit of its community.
Jerry and Beth Stambaugh purchased the building on the banks of Little Pipe Creek in Fall 2018 with a vision to create a unique space within Union Bridge for travelers and local citizens alike to come together and enjoy this beautiful community. The Flood Zone Marketplace will house vendors offering fresh, local produce, groceries, and crafts. Make sure to take advantage of The Food Spot within Flood Zone as well, so you can have a bite to eat while you shop. Hard work and diligence fueled the renovations that have produced Flood Zone Marketplace and Brewery and we hope that you will join us here for some creek side shopping and sipping.
