  Cabernet Franc, Napa Valley
This full flavored, medium bodied wine is perfumed with aromas of cassis, vanilla, chocolate covered cherries and black licorice. The flavors are driven by red cherries and raspberries and backed by firm mouth watering acidity. It is a balanced, well structured wine; making it the perfect accompaniment for pork roast, chicken marsala, or BBQ strip steak. This classic Bordeaux style Cabernet Franc can be enjoyed now or cellared up to ten years.
  Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
This balanced Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon shows raspberry, black cherry and oak spice in the nose. The flavors are complex, featuring currant and toasty oak wrapped in fine supple tannins. The finish is filled with lingering fruit and oak that leaves one knowing that the next sip will bring more of its generous flavors. This wine was meant to be served with food, especially steak, lasagna, stew and BBQ. It will continue to develop for 5-7 years in the cellar.
  Chardonnay, Napa Valley, Estate Bottled
This wine displays flavors and characteristics unique to Carneros. There is a pronounced Chardonnay fruit nose with lemon custard and citrus aromas. The flavors are dominated by pear and Meyer lemon with hints of orange peel and lightly burnt toast from the French Oak. The finish is long with subtle citrus, pear, and vanilla.
Diamond Mountain Reserve, Spaulding Vineyard, Diamond Mountian District, Napa Valley
The Diamond Mountain Reserve exhibits a dark purple color. The nose is packed with cassis, black cherry and Christmas spice. Dark fruit flavors drive this big, broad wine which is rounded out with sweet oak and rich supple tannins. The finish shows fine tannins with flavors of jammy plum and cedar. This explosive wine can be enjoyed now and will benefit from the accompaniment of full flavored foods or a nice big steak. This wine will certainly improve in the cellar ageing for ten years or more.
  Merlot, Napa Valley
The nose of the 2001 Merlot expresses berry, cherry and toasty oak notes. The flavors are ripe cherry, blackberry and subtle mocha. The firm, round tannins and balanced acid drive the fruit long into a finish that is accompanied by sweet oak flavors. This wine was crafted for early enjoyment but will cellar nicely of the next 3-5 years. It should be served with flavorful foods such as roasted pork, pasta with tomato sauce and for fun try this with Mexican molé
  Petite Verdot, Napa Valley
The nose on the Petite Verdot is racy with sweet fruit and toasty oak. Jammy plums and dark blackberry fruit flavors fill the mouth as a second wave of oak, supple tannin and mouth watering acidity join in. Its richness plays through into a long finish. This wine is crafted in New World style that screams outdoor BBQ, Asian fusion cuisine, and the old favorites like steak and pasta. This wine is best drunk now for its rich fruit but will continue to age and develop complexity for 5-7 years.
  Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley,
Our Sauvignon Blanc displays a brilliant straw yellow color. The nose is rich in stone fruit, white peaches, and citrus aromas. The palette is lively with flavors of lime, grapefruit, and plenty of lush peach. The finish is vibrant with lively acidy and driven by the continuation of its fruit character. This wine works well as a rejuvenating aperitif or a compliment to lighter fare such as prawns, oysters in the half shell, chicken piccatta, and Asian cuisine.
Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley, Gunn Family Vineyard Estate Bottled
This wine has aromas of vanilla, honey and peach. Expressive flavors of melon, fig and a hint of grapefruit are delicious. The mid palate is creamy and quite full-bodied with flavors of citrus and pineapple on the finish. This well crafted barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc can be enjoyed by itself or with substantial seafood and poultry dishes.
