  Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is made from grapes purchased from the Williams Ranch Vineyard located in the Texas High Plains. The color is exceptional with a taste and finish that you expect from a great Cabernet. The wine contains a small amount of Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Petit Syrah to enhance the flavor profile.
  Chardonnay
This wine is from grapes purchased from Robert Clay Vineyard located in Mason, Texas. It has a nose of apples, pears and grapefruit. The wine has a crispness that balances the 13.6% alcohol content and it is not heavily oaked. It pairs well with a smoked quail and green salad.
  Family Reunion
This red table wine is a blend of our family of red wines, Petit Syrah, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each year will be different depending on what and how much of each wine is available. In 2005 it had dark color with flavors of coffee, tobacco, pepper and dark cherries. It pairs well with a mesquite grilled steak.
  Malbec
Primarily grown as a blending grape and used in the French Bordeaux region red wines, it is also a great stand alone varietal with lots of fruit flavor such as plums and cherry. The vines were planted in 2002 so each year will reflect the maturing of the vine. The wine paired well with spicy food such as seafood gumbo & Fettuccini Alfredo.
  Merlot
In 2006, this wine has the full color and complexity you expect from a Merlot with dark cherries and a long finish. It has small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Syrah and Petit Verdot added to broaden the flavor complexity.
  Petite Syrah
In 2006, this wine has lots of pepper undertones and a deep rich color. The wine is blended with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petite Verdot to expand the flavor complexity and enjoyment.
  Sojourn
Relax after a day full of stress, deadlines or just the pressure of the normal day. Unwind with a glass of Texas Legato's Sojourn while you watch the sun ease below the horizon and listen to the wind in the tree tops as the night sounds begin. Enjoy spending some time and conversation with loved ones. Sojourn has flavors of dark cherry, caramel and chocolate. Enjoy.
  Sweet Surrender
Sweet Surrender was made as a full bodied Merlot. It was aged for a year in French and American oak barrels. It was sweetened enough to balance the acidity just before bottling. The color is a light ruby red. It is a very pleasant wine to sip and enjoy.
