In 1836, The Atlas Milling Company provided grain, flour, and supplies to the Village of Clinton. At one point, it was the 2nd oldest business in Michigan, and the oldest business operating in its original location.
Bound to resurrect the spirit of the Mill, combined with our love for craft spirits, an idea was born. Years of hard work, sacrifices, and community help, made this dream a reality.
A tasting room was renovated along the historic Michigan Avenue in downtown Clinton. The tasting room being equally as historic, being built by Geo Lancaster to sell Ford automobiles at the request of Henry Ford in the early 1900s. Today, both properties inspire us to make craft spirits in the Village of Clinton, Michigan.
