We brew the beers we’d like to drink and every drop of Freetail beer is brewed by Freetail at Freetail, one small batch at a time. Head Brewer Jason Davis has been with us from day one, bringing a wealth of experience gained while working at some of Texas Brewing History’s most hallowed forebears. Free to let his funk flag fly, we’re proud of the fermented expressions flowing from our 15-barrel brewhouse with help from Asst. Brewer Nick Coelho. In addition to 60 barrels of fermentation capacity and 120 barrels of serving capacity, we began expanding our barrel aging program in 2011 & added a bottling line in 2012.
