  Columbia Valley Chardonnay
At the first approach to this glass of wine, one smells the delicate structure of Allier oak complimenting the Lewis, Willard and Conner Lee minerality. It swirls together and creates a dusty, flinty back drop to the vibrant apple blossoms and apricots. It floats down the mouth with balanced acidity with no buttery characteristics. It leaves the mouth with a fresh coating of apricot and pear.
  Premier Red Blend
One sniff of our 2004 Premier Blend exposes the loud minority member, Malbec; with only three percent, the Malbec of our blend adds the spice in the nose and palate. After a sip, your mouth is filled with plum pudding, cloves, and candied yams. Our goal was to produce a drinkable wine for our first release. Paired with grilled salmon, steaks or lamb this wine adds just a touch of spice. 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec
  Viognier
This wine begs for food. The 2005 àMaurice Viogniers' perfume of citrus peel, papaya seed and honeysuckle combine with the fat mid palette of pineapple and grapefruit. Ultimately the flavors finish with lingering lemon zest. Every sip goes deliciously with any shellfish, foie gras, or white fish.
