Parma Ridge Winery & Brewery As the owners of Parma Ridge, we are excited to bring joy to people through wonderful wine, fabulous food, an amazing view... creating the full experience for our customers. “A relationship with your creator, intimacy with your spouse, celebrating with friends and family…with great wine and food…this creates joy and this is the theme of our winery,” says Storm Hodge. Parma Ridge offers a variety of estate wines, a full bistro menu and a beautiful vineyard space. Our winemaker, Storm Hodge, is a chef by trade and is eager to engage your senses with the combination of both wine and food. Stephanie's original artwork flanks the walls of the tasting room and is featured on the Parma Ridge wine labels which just adds to the atmosphere. Storm and Stephanie Hodge, owners of Parma Ridge, are both artists and are interested in bringing you the entire experience at Parma Ridge. We look forward to creating memories with you!

  4 Melange Des Trois
Parma Ridge Melange des Trois, which is French for "mixture of three" is a unique blend of three varietal grapes 100% grown in Idaho. The blend consists of 1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon, 1/3 Merlot and 1/3 Zinfandel. The Merlot and Zinfandel were grown in the Parma Ridge estate vineyards and the Cabernet Sauvignon at the Wind River Vineyards in Wilder. This blend was aged in American and French oak barrels for 10 months before being bottled. There is a limited bottling and only 40 cases were produced.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
Created from 100% Idaho grapes grown at the Wood River Vineyard in Wilder, Idaho in the Snake River Valley. This wine was produced in the Parma Ridge winery and aged in American and French oak barrels for 13 months. It is a full-bodied red varietal wine that will go well with many foods including beef, pasta and barbecue.
  Gewürtztraminer
Estate grown, dry, crisp and spicy. A refreshing summer wine. Pairs well with pork and chicken dishes.
  Mélange
(may lahnge) A unique blend of varietal grapes 100% grown in Idaho. The 2001 blend consists of: Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Cabernet Franc 32%, Malbec 10% and Merlot 8% and was aged in American and French oak barrels for 24 months.
  Merlot
An estate grown complex merlot aged in new American and French oak barrels for 10 months. This wine is as smooth as velvet with true varietal fruit flavors.
  Mountain Spring Unoaked Chardonnay
Bronze Medal Winner at the 2003 L.A. County Fair Wine Competition. A light fruit forward chardonnay, stainless steel fermented and aged with tropical fruit forward and a pineapple finish.
  Reserve Chardonnay
Silver Medal Winner at the 2003 Northwest Wine Summit Competition. Bronze Medal Winner at the 2003 San Diego National Wine Competiion. A complex chardonnay, aged in new American and French oak barrels for nine months. Citrus and pineapple forward with oak overtones.
  Viognier
A delightful summer wine with hints of tropical fruit.
  Zinfandel
A medium bodied wine, estate grown in Idaho, with all of the zinfandel character you would expect from a premium wine.
