The “Trout Blend”™ marries together the big vanilla, peach and tropical fruit flavors of Chardonnay, the racy acidity of Sauvignon Blanc and the lush fragrance and creamy texture of Viognier. The result is a wine that wraps together an array of tropical fruit aromas with vanilla, pear, peach and green apple flavors, and a crisp lively finish.

This bright purple wine is packed with ripe red fruit aromas and flavors. The “Turkey Blend’s”™ foundation is a classic California Central Coast Zinfandel that provides an abundance of raspberry and black cherry flavors and aromas. The Grenache provides a more elegant, bright red berry flavor while the Petit Syrah adds structure and a rustic, roasted meat nuance.

The “Venison Blend”™ gets its structure from the predominant, intensely flavored Cabernet Sauvignon grape. Merlot contributes to its soft, round texture while Cabernet Franc lends a violet and wood spice fragrance. Black plum and cedar aromas are followed by intense flavors of coffee, black currant, leather and wild mushrooms. This is a lush wine with sturdy yet supple tannins and a long finish.

The bold, spicy aroma of the “Waterfowl Blend”™ is surpassed only by its intense flavors. The Syrah and Grenache deliver baked plum, blueberry and black cherry flavors with a hint of clove and white pepper. The Mourvedre is represented by the earthy essence of leather and game creating a full bodied wine with a long sultry finish.
