This uniquely fresh and fruit-focused Chardonnay is made in the Italian style to exacting standards, yielding crisp fruit flavor with notes of orange blossoms and apricot. The wine is minimally manipulated to maintain all of the fruit flavor and a fresh crisp finish. Fermented in stainless steel with no secondary malolactic fermentation, the wine’s balance of acidity and body make it a perfect match with grilled salmon or chicken.

Our Chardonnay is created in the Italian style, bringing forward a crisp, fruity flavor with good acidity. This minimally-manipulated Chardonnay allows the fruit and vineyard to stand out. Produced from fruit of both our Olivia and Filippo Vineyards and a higher level of new French oak than our 2002 Pinot Noir, our 2003 Pinot Noir is an exciting, full-bodied wine. The Filippo vineyard is Westerly facing and produces larger, more intense flavors. Dark fruit tones and our characteristic black cherry finish make this a delightful wine.

The Reserve realizes the best of the much-anticipated 2004 vintage’s potential. The concentrated flavor of this Pinot Noir is a reward to those who love a traditional Pinot Noir style. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, the layers of flavor of this elegant wine unfold with toasted vanilla, black berry and cherry, and notes of chocolate in the finish.
