From the top of the tanks to the bottom of the barrel, at Civil Society the family touch is evident. Located in the hot heart of Jupiter, Florida, a hop skip and a jump from where the fellas behind the brew grew up, we are comprised of Karl Volstad, Evan Miller, and Chris Volstad.
Decorating the taproom are family heirlooms. Watching over the bar is Evan’s grandfather’s hand-carved eagle, and Karl’s great grandfather, Roy Volstad’s, WW2 flag. They’re reminders to everyone that this is a family-run business.
